The 48 hour timeline starts at the beginning of our first session together, so it doesn’t include the time taken for you to complete your alignment questionnaire beforehand.
By the end of our first session together, we know exactly where to look to conduct a deeper investigation of your symptoms — you’ll be surprised how quickly the big picture comes together after we examine those.
Will I receive the same generic advice as other businesses or consultants?
Nope. This is a bespoke service tailored to the needs of every individual health & wellness practice.
We don’t offer pretend expertise — founder Emily was an allied health professional herself before stepping into GP/specialist and allied administration, and eventually practice management.
All the while, she offered design & strategic marketing services to health professionals just like you — she’s personally used every diary management software you can imagine (and knows which ones are the best!), understands your need to adhere to compliance regulations (including privacy, Medicare and NDIS) and has a broad network inside the health industry that can help you in the areas she can’t (like outsourcing your admin and billing/bookkeeping services).

You’ll have an opportunity to discuss this with us during our final session — just ask, because we do just about everything.
Will I need to share any login details?
Nope! Your answers in the alignment questionnaire and first session cover most of the internal details we need to offer recommendations.
You might be asked to add us to your Google Search Console account (if you have one) with viewing permissions only, but you won’t need to share any passwords or private information with us. In this case, you’ll receive instructions on how to add us, and remove us again at the end.
If I change my mind, can I be refunded?
All purchases for The Practice Prescription are final.
If your circumstances change, we can reschedule your sessions within a 30-day period of your original session booking. Following that, rescheduling your service will be at our discretion and availability, on a case-by-case basis only.
If you’ve reached this point and aren’t sure this service is the right fit for you, it probably isn’t. Please don’t book if that’s the case.
